Setting up your occasion in Al Wasi`ah
Occasions and parties in villages like Al Wasi`ah take place on open family lands and broad grounds under seasonal or permanent tents. Complete setups combine the tent, furniture, tables, buffet and decor in one plan that fits the space and weather. Each element's location is chosen by guest count, ground shape, entrance location, sun and seasonal wind. Send a photo of your site and we suggest the complete layout that suits your occasion.
Al Wasi`ah is a village in the Riyadh region near Tumayr, and villages in this area usually have family lands and open grounds.
Dividing between tent and open ground requires choosing shade and ventilation before placing furniture and the buffet.

FAQ
Questions about event setup in Al Wasi`ah
Yes, complete setups are designed by guest count and available land. For large events we arrange multiple tents, distributed furniture and separate buffet areas. Send the guest count and site photo and we plan the suitable complete setup.
The choice depends on the date, weather and guests. In hot seasons we focus on shade and ventilation, in cooler times we may use open ground. Send us the occasion type, date and site photo so we suggest the best option.
When you rent pieces separately, you connect them yourself in the space. A full setup means the furniture, buffet and decor are planned together from the start, so no corner is left unaddressed and no element looks out of place among the rest.
Start with three things you already know: the occasion type, the shape of the space whether wide, small or outdoors, and a rough guest count. From those details it becomes clear which elements come first and which can be left out.
Yes. An open space needs furniture that sits steadily on the ground, a buffet sheltered from the wind, and perhaps a canopy or lighting placed away from exposed spots. Send a photo of the space so we can arrange the setup to fit its actual dimensions.
