FAQ
Questions about event setup in AlBada'i`
Yes, we set up events on open ground with tents or shade structures if needed. Send us a photo of the location, tell us the occasion type, date and guest count, and we agree all the details with you.
We choose the furniture and layout to suit the ground type. Sandy ground needs stable furniture and wind protection, while grassy ground offers better stability. A photo helps us choose what works best.
When you rent pieces separately, you connect them yourself in the space. A full setup means the furniture, buffet and decor are planned together from the start, so no corner is left unaddressed and no element looks out of place among the rest.
Start with three things you already know: the occasion type, the shape of the space whether wide, small or outdoors, and a rough guest count. From those details it becomes clear which elements come first and which can be left out.
Yes. An open space needs furniture that sits steadily on the ground, a buffet sheltered from the wind, and perhaps a canopy or lighting placed away from exposed spots. Send a photo of the space so we can arrange the setup to fit its actual dimensions.
