Setting up your occasion in Ash Shifa (Riyadh)
Occasions in Ash Shifa take place in villa courtyards, gardens and nearby halls. Complete event setup spares you searching for separate pieces: we choose table and chair numbers based on guest count, arrange the buffet near food and water sources, and spread decor and lighting across the space. We deliver all items and arrange them before guests arrive so the venue looks complete. A photo and brief details guide us to the best choice.
Ash Shifa is a district of Riyadh city, and city districts feature varying heights, courtyards and diverse gardens.
Choosing furniture and decor depends on courtyard or garden size and nearness to power sources.

FAQ
Questions about event setup in Ash Shifa (Riyadh)
Yes, once you tell us the occasion type, date and guest count on WhatsApp, we agree on decor colours and lighting style. Sending a photo of your venue helps us suggest what suits it.
We deliver all setup items from furniture, decor, lighting and buffet tables to your venue and arrange them. Details of delivery and setup we agree on once you tell us your location and occasion.
When you rent pieces separately, you connect them yourself in the space. A full setup means the furniture, buffet and decor are planned together from the start, so no corner is left unaddressed and no element looks out of place among the rest.
Start with three things you already know: the occasion type, the shape of the space whether wide, small or outdoors, and a rough guest count. From those details it becomes clear which elements come first and which can be left out.
Yes. An open space needs furniture that sits steadily on the ground, a buffet sheltered from the wind, and perhaps a canopy or lighting placed away from exposed spots. Send a photo of the space so we can arrange the setup to fit its actual dimensions.
