FAQ
Questions about graduation party setup in Ishbiliyah (near Afif)
The number of flowers depends on stage size, ground space and guest count. We focus them around the stage and on guest tables. Send a photo of the ground, tell us the guest count and date, and we suggest the right amount.
Yes, the photo wall is placed behind or beside the stage depending on wind and sun direction. If the ground is exposed to wind, we secure it carefully. Send a photo of the venue and we suggest the best location that protects the wall and showcases it.
Start with the stage: placing it in the room sets the layout for everything else. Then position the photo wall beside or behind it, put the sweets table where guests see it on entry, and fill the remaining space with seating. Tell us the shape and rough size of the space and we help you work through that order.
Yes. At home the space is smaller and often irregular, so the stage needs to sit against a wall away from doorways. In a hall there is more room to add extra seating and a buffet station beside the sweets table. Send us a photo of the space and we suggest the right layout.
Usually the graduate's name or a short phrase. The letters sit on a table in front of the backdrop or on a dedicated shelf, surrounded by flowers or lanterns depending on the party theme. Tell us the text you want and the stage size so we agree on the right arrangement.
