Setting up your occasion in Al Uyun (near Al Hayathim)
Occasions in Al Uyun and similar districts happen in spaces in front of homes and rest houses, and these spaces allow the buffet to be arranged so guests move from food to drinks in a clear flow. We consider the width of the space, wind directions and natural shade when arranging the main table, covers and stations. A photo from your venue helps us understand the space and suggest a layout that is comfortable for guests and keeps a clear order.

Questions about party buffet setup in Al Uyun (near Al Hayathim)
We arrange them in a line or triangle depending on guest count and space, leaving room for movement. Send a photo of the space and tell us the guest count and we suggest the best arrangement.
It depends on the space layout, seating areas and shade. Send a photo and we suggest the spot that suits your guests and keeps the best arrangement before the date.

Skirting hides what is under the table, boxes and legs, and gives the buffet a finished look in photos and to guests. At occasions where tables are photographed it makes a clear difference, and it is part of the party buffet setup we bring.
Yes. Outdoors, wind direction affects where the drinks station sits, and the buffet tables may need to be weighted to stop the skirting from lifting. Send us a photo of the outdoor space and the occasion date and we factor that in.
