Setting up your occasion in Ohod (near Al-Saih)
Occasions in Ohod and neighbouring districts happen in house courtyards and in front of open rest houses, and spaces here are wider than in districts closer to the city. This gives flexibility in the buffet layout and spacing between stations so guests do not feel crowded. We consider the space, wind and natural shade when placing tables, covers and the stations. A photo from your venue helps us suggest an arrangement that spreads guests comfortably.
Ohod is a district in the Riyadh region near Al-Saih, and districts in the region usually have wide courtyards and open spaces around homes and rest houses.
Wide courtyards allow stations to be spaced further apart, reducing pressure on the buffet area.

FAQ
Questions about party buffet setup in Ohod (near Al-Saih)
A wide courtyard allows stations to be farther apart and longer guest lines without crowding. A tight courtyard needs shorter stations and a circular arrangement. Send a photo and we suggest what works best.
Yes, we can arrange extra stations depending on guest count and space. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we suggest what works best.
The core idea is to separate the hot dishes, the sweets station and the drinks station with enough space for guests to stop at each one without blocking those behind them. Tell us the food types and table shape and we set the division up on the ground.
Skirting hides what is under the table, boxes and legs, and gives the buffet a finished look in photos and to guests. At occasions where tables are photographed it makes a clear difference, and it is part of the party buffet setup we bring.
Yes. Outdoors, wind direction affects where the drinks station sits, and the buffet tables may need to be weighted to stop the skirting from lifting. Send us a photo of the outdoor space and the occasion date and we factor that in.
