Setting up your occasion in qabiea
In a village like Qabiea, occasions usually happen on open ground, under a tent or at a family rest house, and the space allows arranging furniture, tables and decor freely. A complete setup means we bring sofas, chairs, tables, table styling, lighting and decor, and arrange everything according to the plan you choose. Send a photo of the space and tell us the type of occasion and guest count, and we help you pick a layout that suits the ground and matches your vision.
Qabiea is a village in the Riyadh region near Ad Dawadimi, and villages like it have wide open ground and family farms.
The open ground in a village allows free arrangement of furniture, tables and decor, but wind and weather affect the choice of shade and securing items.

It includes sofas, chairs, tables, table styling, decor, lighting and a tent if needed. Everything is delivered to your venue and arranged before guests arrive, with details agreed based on the occasion type and guest count.
When you rent pieces separately, you connect them yourself in the space. A full setup means the furniture, buffet and decor are planned together from the start, so no corner is left unaddressed and no element looks out of place among the rest.
Start with three things you already know: the occasion type, the shape of the space whether wide, small or outdoors, and a rough guest count. From those details it becomes clear which elements come first and which can be left out.
Yes. An open space needs furniture that sits steadily on the ground, a buffet sheltered from the wind, and perhaps a canopy or lighting placed away from exposed spots. Send a photo of the space so we can arrange the setup to fit its actual dimensions.
