Setting up your occasion in Qurtubah Sharqi
Occasions in districts like Qurtubah Sharqi take place in a villa courtyard, an events hall or a small garden. Games are chosen based on guest ages, count and venue type. In tight spaces we place a few fixed games, while wider spaces let us distribute a more varied selection. Games like billiards and table tennis need a separate, wind-protected corner, while others go in different areas. A photo of your space shows us how to arrange the games best.
Qurtubah Sharqi is a district of Riyadh city, and Riyadh's residential districts include villas with courtyards and halls.
Varied space sizes across the district mean assessing each venue carefully before choosing game types and quantities.
How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Name the guests and the place
Tell us your guests' ages, whether the place is indoors or outdoors, and the rough space, by call or WhatsApp, so we suggest the right games.
We agree on games and layout
Based on the space and guest ages, we settle the types and number of games and where each table or piece goes so it does not block guests' movement.

FAQ
Questions about games and entertainment rental in Qurtubah Sharqi
In a rectangular hall, we place table games like billiards or ping-pong on one side and other games on the opposite side to keep pathways clear. Message on WhatsApp and send a hall photo.
We mix simple and active games for kids such as mental games, plus sports and baloot games for adults. Distribution depends on each age group's size and available space. Tell us guest ages when you order.
Start with your guests' ages: children need safe games like bouncy castles and slides, while teens and adults enjoy foosball, billiards and air hockey. Then consider the space and whether it is indoors or outdoors, and tell us so we help you choose.
Many games suit outdoor settings: foosball, carrom and kids games can go in a garden or courtyard on a flat surface. Air hockey needs a power point, and a billiard table needs a perfectly level and stable floor. Mention the ground type at your place when you contact us.
Yes, and this is common at family days and camps with guests of different ages. A baloot table for adults, a foosball table for teens, and kids games in a separate corner can all share the same occasion, each given its own space so guests do not crowd each other.
