Setting up your occasion in Al Muzayri`
Occasions in villages like Al Muzayri` usually take place in wide open spaces among farms or next to rest houses, with much larger distances than in cities. The sound system must be powerful to reach everyone in open air, and lighting becomes important especially for evening celebrations. A generator is absolutely necessary because open sites are usually far from any power. The ground may be uneven or sandy, and there may be wind affecting how poles and screens are secured. Send a photo of the site and tell us about its conditions so we suggest safe equipment.
Al Muzayri` is a village in the Riyadh region near Rumah, and villages like it have wide land and farms.
Wide rural sites may be windy, so mounting speaker poles and screens needs heavy bases and extra securing.

FAQ
Questions about sound, screen and power rental in Al Muzayri`
The sound system itself handles wind, but the poles and screens need strong securing and heavy bases. We use extra bracing and cables to secure speakers and screens against wind. Tell us about the usual weather at the time of your occasion so we ensure safe mounting.
If the venue is far from power or has none, a generator is the only solution. The generator provides power for all sound systems, lighting and screens. Tell us about the location and what systems you want, and we ensure the generator is powerful and efficient.
Start by describing what will happen at the occasion, not which devices you need. Is there a speech? A photo or video presentation? An outdoor venue? An evening atmosphere you want lit? These questions tell you what you need before you think about any specific equipment.
Yes, and that is often the clearer approach. Mention everything you need: sound, screens, a generator and lighting, with the venue description and the nature of the occasion, so we plan how they all fit and work together in the space.
Yes, directly. A large space needs more speaker coverage and a wider screen so sound and picture reach the far rows. Describe the place roughly and the expected guest count, and we settle with you on what covers every corner.
