Setting up your occasion in Alwatan
Events in Alwatan take place in open spaces, gardens and family rest houses, and a large screen needs a prominent spot not blocked by tents or trees. Positioning depends on the space size, guest count and geographic directions of sun and wind. Send a photo of the location so we place the screen at the best viewing point, and if shading or wind protection is needed we will suggest it.
Alwatan is a district in the Riyadh region near Tumayr, and districts in such areas are known for wide spaces, family farms and open rest houses.
Wide, open spaces may need more than one screen if the guest count is large and distances between seating groups are wide.

How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Tell us the space and the content
Describe the space, hall, tent or garden, and tell us the content type, slideshow, match or live stream, by call or WhatsApp message.
We agree position and number
We settle the screen position, height and number of screens if the space is long or has corners that block the view, so no seat is left without a clear line of sight.
We deliver and position the screen
We bring the display screen to your venue and set it in the agreed position, so you welcome your guests to a room where the screen is ready.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Alwatan
Yes, screens are designed to work in exposed areas. We choose a position sheltered from wind if possible and fix it securely. Tell us the expected weather and location so we add proper protection.
Yes, screens support concerts, music performances and live broadcasts. We deliver the screen, cables and amplifiers needed based on your show requirements, and details are agreed when you tell us the event type, location and expected guest count.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
