Setting up your occasion in As Sunbulah
Occasions in As Sunbulah usually take place in wide courtyards, open halls or under tents, and each space has its own dimensions, lighting and sightlines. The screen is positioned at a height that suits the space and expected crowd, so all guests can see it clearly without strain. A photo of the venue helps us choose the right size and angle to ensure good viewing from every spot in the courtyard or tent.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in As Sunbulah
Yes, screens work in open spaces and tents. But picture clarity depends on ambient light and the distance from the screen to your guests. Send us a photo of the venue and what you want to display, and we ensure the screen size suits the space and lighting.
The size depends on the number of guests and their distance from the screen. In a wide space with many guests, you need a larger screen for everyone to see clearly from their seats. Tell us the guest count and viewing distance, and we recommend the right size.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
