Setting up your occasion in Asfal al Batin
Occasions in Asfal al Batin and similar settlements usually take place in wide open plots or beside hospitality tents. The screen in these spaces needs a slightly raised position and a stable stand that handles wind and weather. Cables are placed in safe paths away from guests and movement, and anchoring takes into account the ground type and surrounding conditions. Send a photo of the site and we arrange the best screen position and anchoring.
Asfal al Batin is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Hotat Bani Tamim, and settlements like it usually have wide open plots.
Wide open ground and variable winds require careful selection of screen position and strong anchoring.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Asfal al Batin
We choose the position based on guest count, entrance location and tent placement. Send a photo of the plot and tell us about the occasion, and we suggest a position visible to everyone.
We anchor it with very strong stands and deep bases that handle wind. Details are agreed depending on the expected weather on your occasion date.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
