Setting up your occasion in Az Zahir (Riyadh)
Occasions in Az Zahir take place in villa courtyards or nearby halls, and in these limited spaces the screen position needs care so everyone sees the content clearly without blocking movement or the welcome area. Screen size, height and distance from the audience depend on courtyard or hall layout. A photo you send helps us suggest the best screen position before the event.
Az Zahir is a district of Riyadh city, and residential districts like it often have villas with limited-space courtyards and small halls.
A walled courtyard may need a screen on an adjustable stand to avoid light reflections or blocked views from some angles.

We agree position and number
We settle the screen position, height and number of screens if the space is long or has corners that block the view, so no seat is left without a clear line of sight.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Az Zahir (Riyadh)
We choose size based on courtyard width and depth and the distance between guests and screen. Send a courtyard photo, tell us the guest count and presentation or occasion type, and we suggest a size that allows clear viewing from all seats.
The screen position can be adjusted during setup before guests arrive. But major changes may need extra time. Details are agreed when you tell us the venue, guest count and send a courtyard photo.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
