Setting up your occasion in Huwaymidah
Events in settlements like Huwaymidah usually take place on very wide open land around houses and family tents, with vast space between guests. A large display screen needs high elevation and very strong support to be visible from all parts of the site, and typically faces strong wind, heat and intense natural light. Details are agreed based on the site size and distances between your guests. Send a photo of the land and tell us how you will arrange your guests.
Huwaymidah is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Al Artawiyah, and small settlements typically have houses and tents spread over very wide open land.
Vast open areas require very strong fixing of the screen and high protection from wind and sun.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Huwaymidah
Yes, we deliver screens to events in Huwaymidah. Send your celebration details and location on WhatsApp, and we will agree on the arrangement that suits your land and distances.
Height depends on the size of the site and the distance of the farthest guests from the screen. Send a photo of the land and tell us the expected distances between the screen and guests, and we suggest the right height before the date.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
