Setting up your occasion in King Fahd (Riyadh)
Events in Riyadh districts such as King Fahd take place in neighbouring halls or villa courtyards and small gardens. Large screens need clear space away from tight walls, and are positioned so all guests see what appears on them without obstruction. The distance between the screen and the rows depends on the available space, and a photo of the venue helps us choose the best placement.
King Fahd is a district of Riyadh city, and residential districts like it often have villas with courtyards, gardens and nearby halls.
A large screen usually needs a solid wall behind it or a sturdy stand, which depends on the venue layout and available space.

We agree position and number
We settle the screen position, height and number of screens if the space is long or has corners that block the view, so no seat is left without a clear line of sight.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in King Fahd (Riyadh)
Yes, we choose the screen size based on the hall dimensions and the distance from screen to guests. Send a photo of the hall and tell us the guest count, and we suggest the right size.
We deliver the screen and stands to your venue in King Fahd and secure them so they are stable and ready for use before your guests arrive. Tell us the occasion date and location on WhatsApp so we can agree the delivery time.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
