FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Al Khafaq al Jadid
Running time depends on your event schedule and what devices you will use. Tell us the event time and what lighting and appliances you need on WhatsApp and we agree on the hours and fuel required.
We choose a spot sheltered from wind and away from airflow around tents and seating, usually toward a corner or edge. A photo of the venue helps us pinpoint the best location before the event.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
