FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Al Khalidiyah (near Al Qasab)
Yes, we deliver the generator to your venue in Al Khalidiyah and secure it before your guests arrive. Send us the details on WhatsApp: the type of occasion, date, location and the equipment you will run.
It depends on the total power needed for your equipment, lighting, heating and cooling. Tell us the list of devices and equipment you will use and we choose the generator that provides the right power.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
