FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Al Khuzama (near Rumah)
The duration depends on the generator size, the equipment you run and the fuel available. Tell us how long your event is and what equipment you need, and we arrange the right generator and fuel. Call or message us to work out the details.
We place the generator far from guests in a safe spot so they won't hear the noise. If the venue is close to neighboring homes, let us know so we choose the best location. A photo of the space helps us plan better.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
