Setting up your occasion in qabiea
Occasions in Qabiea often take place on open ground or in tents away from houses, and these venues are far from the main power grid or the power is weak. The generator must stand away from the seating and dining area to avoid smoke and noise, yet close enough to supply the lighting and equipment. Tell us the electrical load you need and the fuel available at the site, and send a photo of the space so we can advise on the best placement for the generator.
Qabiea is a village in the Riyadh region near Ad Dawadimi, and villages in the region usually host occasions on open ground or under tents.
A generator in an open site needs protection from wind and dust and safe distance from your guests.

FAQ
Questions about generator rental in qabiea
Yes, but it depends on the generator size and the electrical load of each device. Tell us how many cooling units and lights you need and how many hours you will run them, and we suggest the right generator for you.
We place it away from seating and dining, downwind if possible, and on level and safe ground. Send a photo of the site so we choose the best spot before the occasion.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
