Setting up your occasion in Shubayrimah
Occasions in villages and small settlements around Riyadh usually happen in open courtyards or tents on wide ground, where sound spreads without walls stopping it. The sound system sits in the middle of the courtyard or under the tent at a height that reaches the edges, and the number of speakers and amplifier power are chosen to fit the space. Send us a photo of the venue and we suggest the right placement before the date.

How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Tell us about the space and sound needs
Describe the space, a closed hall, a tent or a garden, and tell us the guest count and what you need: a microphone for speeches, a source for nasheeds or background music, by call or WhatsApp message.
We agree the right system
We settle the number of speakers, where they go and how many microphones you need, so the sound reaches every guest evenly without overpowering those seated close to a speaker.
We deliver, install and calibrate
We bring the sound system and speakers to your venue; the technician installs everything and calibrates the levels across the space as agreed, so you welcome your guests to a ready room.

FAQ
Questions about sound system rental in Shubayrimah
It depends on how wide the ground is, the height of the tent and the guest count. Send a photo of the venue and the spot you have in mind for the amplifier and speakers, and we suggest the right number when we agree the details.
Yes, a technician comes and installs the speakers, microphones and mixer according to the tent space and where the tables and entrance are. Call us or send a WhatsApp message with the occasion type and date so we agree the details.
Speeches need a clear microphone and a system that reproduces voice without distracting echo. Nasheeds and music need a wider frequency range and a stronger amplifier to carry the sound detail across the space. Tell us exactly what you need and we configure the system to serve each source.
Open outdoor spaces scatter sound faster than a closed hall, so you usually need speakers at several points rather than one central unit. Tell us the rough area and shape of the space and we work out the speaker layout that covers everyone.
Setup and calibration are enough when the source is steady, such as continuous background nasheeds. When sources change during the evening between a speaker, music and nasheeds, having someone at the mixer keeps the sound quality right. Tell us your programme and we agree on what suits you.
