Setting up your occasion in Al Ammariyah (near Afif)
Al Ammariyah is a district in the Riyadh region with wider plots than city areas, and occasions usually take place in a courtyard or open ground around the home. A tent covers the space and protects guests from sun and wind, while a stage raises the bride or speaker so everyone sees clearly. The size of the tent and stage depends on the guest count, available space and weather, and a photo of the site helps us arrange it properly.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in Al Ammariyah (near Afif)
Yes, it depends on the width, length and guest count. The stage usually goes at one end of the tent or courtyard. Send us a photo of the site, tell us the guest count and occasion type, and we suggest the best layout.
We use strong anchoring with ropes and stakes in the ground. The tent's strength and the number of anchor points depend on the tent size, location and expected weather. Contact us to discuss the weather and your options.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
