Setting up your occasion in Al Qayrawan (Riyadh)
Occasions in districts like Al Qayrawan usually take place in villa courtyards or small gardens, and these walled spaces benefit from a tent that unifies the area and shields from heat in warm weather. A tent spreads shade evenly over guests, tables and other equipment, leaving no hot exposed corners. The tent diameter and height depend on guest count, available space and courtyard shape, and a photo helps us suggest the design that suits you.
Al Qayrawan is a district of Riyadh city, and residential districts like it have villas with small walled courtyards.
A walled courtyard usually needs a tent with fewer interior poles to maximize the visible space.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in Al Qayrawan (Riyadh)
The walls shelter the tent from wind, but we need enough clearance between the tent poles and walls. Send a photo of the courtyard and we suggest where to place the poles and guy ropes for stability.
Height depends on the courtyard size and entrance. A medium-height tent provides adequate shade without feeling cramped. Tell us the courtyard dimensions and guest count and we choose a height that fits.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
