Setting up your occasion in AlBada'i`
Small settlements like AlBada'i host occasions on relatively wide family plots or under existing trees, sometimes on sloped ground. A tent, stage and canopy together create an integrated setting that separates the gathering area from its surroundings and provides tiered seating and a place for hosts. Planning takes into account existing trees, water features, fences and ventilation, and a photo helps us propose where each element goes.
AlBada'i is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Al Muzahimiyah, and small settlements like it usually have wide family plots and open farms.
Sloped ground with trees in AlBada'i usually needs site assessment to place poles and the stage so sightlines are not blocked.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in AlBada'i`
The stage position is chosen to fit the tree heights and positions, and the tent spans over the seating rather than blocking views. The arrangement changes based on the plot shape and guest count. Send a photo and we suggest the best layout.
Yes, if the raised area is firm and its surface is suitable. The stage needs a stable foundation and power for lighting. Tell us the height and distance from seating, and we confirm if it works before the date.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
