Setting up your occasion in As Sunbulah
In As Sunbulah and nearby districts of the Riyadh region, occasions take place on open ground beside a family rest house, and the wide space allows for a large tent or multiple canopies covering the seating, dining and reception areas. A tent protects from sun, wind and dust, and a stage or platform gives height for performances or a band. We ensure the type and size fit the occasion's length, the expected weather and the ground where it will be set up.
As Sunbulah is a district in the Riyadh region near Ad Dawadimi, and districts of the region often have wide open ground and family rest houses.
Open ground in the region may be sandy or uneven, which affects the choice of tent pegs and how the stage is secured.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in As Sunbulah
It depends on the occasion's length, the weather and your guests. A tent offers stronger protection from wind, dust and sun all day, while canopies are lighter and set up quickly. Send the details and a photo of the ground on WhatsApp and we suggest what suits you best.
We choose a base that suits the ground and use supports to ensure the stage is stable and safe. These details are agreed with us after you send a photo of the venue and occasion details.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
