Setting up your occasion in Hadri
Occasions in villages of the Riyadh region such as Hadri take place in very open grounds next to the house or rest house or on a wide family plot, and the space has no walls or barriers. A light canopy provides sun cover while keeping the open air, and it is placed over seating areas to match how your guests and tables are arranged. Choosing the number and positions of canopies depends on the guest count and ground used, and a photo of the site helps us suggest the most suitable and effective arrangement.
Hadri is a village in the Riyadh region near Sajir, and villages in the region typically have spacious family plots, open spaces and tents.
Large open space and level ground allow placing canopies in separate spots to fit seating needs.

FAQ
Questions about shade canopy rental in Hadri
Yes, we place multiple canopies spread across the land to match your guest count and how you arrange the chairs and tables. Tell us the expected guest count and location, send a photo of the plot, and we suggest the most suitable distribution for your guests' comfort.
A canopy is light and provides shade only, while a tent offers more protection from sun, wind and rain. Choosing between them depends on the weather, the season and the protection you want for your guests, and these details are agreed based on the occasion date, location and guest count.
A shade canopy is a light cover raised on poles above the seating, open on the sides, so air moves freely and you can see the surroundings. A tent encloses the space with walls and gives a self-contained covered area. If you want open air with shade, a canopy fits; if you want an enclosed space, a tent is the right choice.
Yes, the poles are weighted or secured with fittings that suit a hard floor without digging. Tell us the floor type when you send the occasion details and we choose the right fixing method for it.
A shade canopy is made for outdoor use, but strong wind affects any light cover. If your site is exposed to strong wind, tell us that in your message and we look at side panels that block the wind or a layout that reduces its effect on the seating.
