Setting up your occasion in Udakh
Events in villages like Udakh in the Riyadh region usually happen in open grounds in front of houses and wide family rest houses. A raised stage lifts the speaker or performer into view from all guests without obstruction. The steps and skirting cover the space below the platform and provide safe access. We choose the stage location from a photo you send of the ground, to ensure it stands level and guests around it are comfortable.
Udakh is a village in the Riyadh region near Sajir, and villages like it usually have open ground and wide outdoor spaces.

FAQ
Questions about stage rental in Udakh
The skirting covers the underside of the stage and gives it a neat look, but is not a wind barrier. Placing the stage away from the wind direction helps. Tell us the season, time of day and location on WhatsApp and we suggest the best spot.
The time needed for assembly is agreed in the message once we know the size of the ground and stage location. Send a photo and the event date so we can arrange the details.
Yes, a stage is assembled outdoors as it is indoors. The key difference is the ground: firm level ground is steadier than soft grass, so tell us the ground type and any slope so we find the best position for the stage.
The right height depends on the depth of the space and how many rows will sit in front: a long narrow room needs more height so people at the back can see, and a wide shallow room needs less. Tell us the rough dimensions and we agree on the height.
Steps on one or two sides are usually enough. If the honoured guest enters from one side and the speaker from another, or if a performance moves in different directions, extra steps help. Tell us what will happen on the stage and we decide together.
