Tent rental for events
The courtyard is open and the guests are coming
The outdoor plot is wide, but fully open: no roof to gather guests under, no walls to block the wind or the neighbours' lights at night. A tent solves this with a frame of poles and rails and stretched fabric that turns exposed ground into an enclosed, covered space fit for seating, serving and photography.
Tents suit a condolence gathering in an outer courtyard, a wedding in a home garden or a rented plot, a Ramadan evening, or any event that needs a temporary room outdoors. You decide the rough size and shape of your ground and whether it is grass, sand or paving; we deliver the tent to your venue, set it up and arrange the inside.

FAQ
Questions about tent rental
The size follows the ground you have, the expected guest count and how seating is arranged. A tent too narrow disrupts movement and serving; one larger than the plot runs into obstructions. Send us a photo of the ground with its rough dimensions and your guest count, and we agree the right size together.
Yes, but the way poles are anchored differs from sand or grass. On paving, weighted bases or special brackets are used instead of stakes. Tell us the floor type when you order so we come prepared with the right anchoring method.
Event tents typically come with sides that open and close: shut them on a cold winter night to block wind, open them in the daytime for ventilation. Tell us the nature of your occasion and when it is, and we agree which sides to keep open or closed.
Yes, and it is common for condolences held in a home courtyard or an adjacent plot. It gathers mourners under one roof and blocks direct sun, with seating in facing rows or along both sides. Tell us the courtyard size and how many people you expect at any one time.
The issue is usually not the tent shape but the shape of the ground and what will go inside. A narrow rectangular plot calls for lengthwise seating rows; a wide square plot allows more arrangements. Send us a photo and tell us the occasion type, and we suggest the right shape.
Level ground is always better for frame stability and the comfort of seated guests, because a steep slope makes chairs and tables unsteady regardless of tent type. If your ground has a slope, tell us early and send a photo, so we agree on the best position for the tent.
