Setting up your occasion in Udakh
Occasions in Udakh village take place on open ground or around homes and farms, and available spaces are usually wide but may have natural obstacles like trees and slopes. A tent or hair tent provides full cover and protection from the elements, while a stage lifts shows or seating above ground. Choosing tent type and stage placement depends on the terrain and obstacles present, and a photo of the site shows us the best option.
Udakh is a village near Sajir in the Riyadh region, and villages like it often have wide land and scattered settlements around farms.
Trees and farms affect where the tent and stage go, and anchoring positions may need adjustment based on natural obstacles.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in Udakh
Yes, a hair tent offers traditional character and good protection from sun and wind. If you have trees or obstacles nearby, send a photo and we ensure it can be raised at your location.
Yes, sloping ground needs partial levelling or a special base under the stage and tent. A photo of the site and details of the slopes help us plan correctly.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
