Cooling and heating
The weather decides your guests' comfort before anything else
The seating is ready and the lights are set, but the air in an open winter courtyard is cold, or the summer heat makes sitting outside exhausting. The difference between a January night in the open, which needs heaters, and an April afternoon in the garden, which needs a misting fan, and a large summer tent, which needs an evaporative cooler, is sharp. Cooling and heating rental is what makes the space usable in any season.
First know whether the space is open-air, indoors or under a tent, and which season the occasion falls in. From there it becomes clear what you need: an indoor heater for a reception room, a tall outdoor heater for a garden majlis, a misting fan for a summer evening, or an evaporative cooler for a tent. We agree on the type and then deliver everything to your venue and arrange it.
Cooling & Heating services
Heater rentalIndoor heaters keep a reception room or interior hall warm on the night of the occasion, placed away from seating backrests and curtains for the safety of guests.
Outdoor heater rentalTall free-standing outdoor heaters are placed between garden or rooftop seats to warm a group on cold nights without closing off the space around guests.
Misting fan rentalMisting fans push a fine water mist into the air to lower the heat of a summer evening outside, and work best in dry open spaces away from direct sun.
Evaporative cooler rentalEvaporative coolers lower the air temperature in tents and semi-open halls in summer using water and airflow, and suit the dry heat for large gatherings.

FAQ
Questions about cooling and heating rental
Late-autumn nights cool quickly after sunset, and what feels mild early in the evening turns cold as the gathering runs later. An outdoor heater keeps guests comfortable in the garden seating without pushing them indoors. Tell us the occasion date and the space and we agree on the right number.
A misting fan releases a fine spray of water into an open airflow and suits gardens and fully open outdoor spaces. An evaporative cooler draws in hot dry air and passes it over water to push out cooler air, and suits tents and semi-enclosed halls with a roof. Each has different placement and operating needs that become clear when we discuss your occasion.
Misting fans work best when the air is dry, which is the norm. On days when humidity rises the cooling effect is reduced because the air absorbs the mist more slowly. If your occasion falls in a relatively humid period, tell us and we agree on the better option.
The first question is whether the ceiling is open to the sky or enclosed. A courtyard, garden or rooftop needs an outdoor heater built for open air. A room, hall or enclosed salon with a ceiling and walls suits an indoor heater. Each type has different placement requirements that become clear when we agree on your occasion details.
They are not combined in the same space because each is built for a different weather condition. But if your occasion runs from a warm afternoon into a cold night in a transitional season, we can discuss what suits each part separately. Tell us the occasion time and how long it runs and we agree accordingly.
A heater is placed in the gap between groups of seats where its warmth reaches the guests without the unit being too close to cushions, backrests or any hanging fabric. The clearance between the unit and soft furnishings is the first thing we consider when we arrange the heating. Send us a photo of the space so we can see how to distribute the units.
An evaporative cooler needs airflow to work well, which means a fully sealed tent with no openings causes the air to become saturated with moisture quickly. A tent with side openings or an open face works best. Tell us the tent type and the size of the space and we agree on what is enough to cool it.
