Setting up your occasion in Al Khalidiyah (Riyadh)
Riyadh districts like Al Khalidiyah host graduation parties in villa courtyards, small gardens and nearby halls, and each venue needs sizing for the stage, positioning of the photo wall and space between them. Walls, trees and power points shape where flowers, lighting and seating go around the stage. Tell us the occasion type, date and send a photo of the venue, and we suggest a layout that fits every element.
Al Khalidiyah is a district of Riyadh city, and city districts usually have villas with courtyards and gardens, as well as rented halls.
Enclosed courtyards and gardens affect the stage height and lighting, and details are agreed based on your photo.

FAQ
Questions about graduation party setup in Al Khalidiyah (Riyadh)
Yes, we size the stage and photo wall to fit your garden dimensions. Send a photo of the garden and tell us the guest count, and we suggest the right size and best placement.
Flowers go on walls or in vases in front of the stage to keep the space open, and lighting hangs from poles or walls to illuminate the stage and photos. Tell us the courtyard wall color and power point locations, and we arrange everything to suit them.
Start with the stage: placing it in the room sets the layout for everything else. Then position the photo wall beside or behind it, put the sweets table where guests see it on entry, and fill the remaining space with seating. Tell us the shape and rough size of the space and we help you work through that order.
Yes. At home the space is smaller and often irregular, so the stage needs to sit against a wall away from doorways. In a hall there is more room to add extra seating and a buffet station beside the sweets table. Send us a photo of the space and we suggest the right layout.
Usually the graduate's name or a short phrase. The letters sit on a table in front of the backdrop or on a dedicated shelf, surrounded by flowers or lanterns depending on the party theme. Tell us the text you want and the stage size so we agree on the right arrangement.
