FAQ
Questions about party buffet setup in Al Khalidiyah (Riyadh)
It depends on guest count and available space. Tell us the date, guest count and send a venue photo, and we suggest the right number of tables and best layout.
Yes, we cover all buffet tables with skirts and arrange all serving ware and stations so everything is ready when your guests arrive.
The core idea is to separate the hot dishes, the sweets station and the drinks station with enough space for guests to stop at each one without blocking those behind them. Tell us the food types and table shape and we set the division up on the ground.
Skirting hides what is under the table, boxes and legs, and gives the buffet a finished look in photos and to guests. At occasions where tables are photographed it makes a clear difference, and it is part of the party buffet setup we bring.
Yes. Outdoors, wind direction affects where the drinks station sits, and the buffet tables may need to be weighted to stop the skirting from lifting. Send us a photo of the outdoor space and the occasion date and we factor that in.
