Setting up your occasion in Az Zahir (Riyadh)
Graduation parties in Az Zahir and other Riyadh residential districts are held in a home courtyard, small hall or private garden. The stage is the heart of the party and needs a backdrop that reflects the achievement, with photos and flowers hung on it or around the stage. Family seating is arranged in spots that face the stage without blocking guests from each other. The space, shape and existing lighting all affect the plan. A photo of your venue helps us plan best.
Az Zahir is a district of Riyadh city, and residential districts like it are marked by villas with fairly wide courtyards and gardens.
Open-air courtyards require strong fixing of the stage, wall and lights against wind and movement.

FAQ
Questions about graduation party setup in Az Zahir (Riyadh)
Yes, the wall, flowers and lights add the decoration the stage needs. Send a photo of the courtyard, tell us the guest count and we design a suitable frame.
It depends on the courtyard size and guest count. In wide courtyards we place seating close around the stage, in narrow ones we arrange it facing the stage. Send a photo and we suggest what suits best.
Start with the stage: placing it in the room sets the layout for everything else. Then position the photo wall beside or behind it, put the sweets table where guests see it on entry, and fill the remaining space with seating. Tell us the shape and rough size of the space and we help you work through that order.
Yes. At home the space is smaller and often irregular, so the stage needs to sit against a wall away from doorways. In a hall there is more room to add extra seating and a buffet station beside the sweets table. Send us a photo of the space and we suggest the right layout.
Usually the graduate's name or a short phrase. The letters sit on a table in front of the backdrop or on a dedicated shelf, surrounded by flowers or lanterns depending on the party theme. Tell us the text you want and the stage size so we agree on the right arrangement.
