Setting up your occasion in Az Zahir (Riyadh)
Children's parties in Az Zahir and similar Riyadh districts take place in villa courtyards, small gardens or rented halls. Party setup includes a central corner with safe colourful decor, small tables and chairs placed around the corner, and a separate play area for running and movement. The available space, surrounding walls and ground all affect how we arrange the furniture and play area. A photo of the venue helps us suggest a layout that fits your courtyard or garden.
Az Zahir is a district of Riyadh city, and residential districts there typically have medium villas with courtyards and small gardens.
Walled courtyards in Az Zahir require checking the corners and distance between the colourful corner and play spaces.

We agree the corners and layout
We settle where the play corner, the children's tables and the cake table stand, so movement paths stay clear and children stay away from the adult seating.

FAQ
Questions about kids party setup in Az Zahir (Riyadh)
Yes, we size the corner and tables to fit the courtyard. The play area can be arranged in a safe spot next to the colourful corner. Send a photo of the courtyard and tell us the number of children, and we suggest the right setup.
Choosing the spot and time helps provide natural shade. When we agree on the party date and venue, we help you decide if tree or wall shade is enough or if we need to add shade. Tell us the scheduled time and location when you contact us.
The main difference is piece size and how the space is divided. Children's tables are lower, their chairs smaller, and the play area needs a clear bounded space. Adults sit and talk; children move, and the layout accounts for that.
It suits children who can sit and move on their own. Tell us the children's ages in your message, because table height and spacing between pieces change depending on whether guests are toddlers or older children.
The cake table is usually the photo focal point, placed in front of the themed decor so colours show behind it. You decide whether it faces guests or sits in a corner, and we arrange the other pieces so nothing blocks the view.
