Setting up your occasion in Shubayrimah
Gatherings in villages like Shubayrimah take place in open ground, a wide yard or near a reception tent, with guests moving freely across the space. A water cooler becomes a natural resting and drinking point in such open areas, and its position is chosen based on how guests spread out, the shade available and the closeness to the entrance. A photo of the space helps us suggest the best spot for the cooler before the date.
Shubayrimah is a village in the Riyadh region near Albijadiyah, and village spaces usually offer wide open ground for family and community occasions.
Water coolers in villages are placed away from tents and seating areas to avoid crowding and mess around the drinking point.

It goes in a central spot away from tents and seating, where guests can reach it easily without passing through seated areas. Sending a photo of the space helps us choose the best location before the occasion.
It works outdoors, but strong heat and direct sun warm the tank faster. The more you can place the cooler in shade or under a canopy, the longer the water stays cold. Tell us about the space and whether there is shade, and we agree on the right position.
The problem at a large kashta is not only how many coolers you have, but how far a guest walks to reach one. A single cooler at one end of the space means half the crowd walks a long way. Tell us the rough size of the area and how guests will spread out, and we work out the right number and positions.
Yes, and coolers are often used in tents and closed halls because they need no fixed plumbing. Placing one on a level floor near the seating or beside the hospitality table is enough. Tell us the size of the tent or hall and the guest count so we can agree on the right position.
