Water coolers for events and kashta
Guests outdoors need water within reach, not a walk away
Guests spread across a courtyard or open field, the air is warm or the gathering runs long, and a cold drink is not two steps away. A water cooler solves this by sitting right where the crowd is, whether the occasion is a kashta, a school day or an outdoor community event.
Coolers come with a cold-only option or with both cold and hot outputs for guests who want coffee or tea. You decide the nature of the space, roughly how many people will attend and whether the event is in direct sun or shade; we deliver the water coolers to your venue and place them where they are most needed.

FAQ
Questions about water cooler rental
It works outdoors, but strong heat and direct sun warm the tank faster. The more you can place the cooler in shade or under a canopy, the longer the water stays cold. Tell us about the space and whether there is shade, and we agree on the right position.
The problem at a large kashta is not only how many coolers you have, but how far a guest walks to reach one. A single cooler at one end of the space means half the crowd walks a long way. Tell us the rough size of the area and how guests will spread out, and we work out the right number and positions.
Yes, and coolers are often used in tents and closed halls because they need no fixed plumbing. Placing one on a level floor near the seating or beside the hospitality table is enough. Tell us the size of the tent or hall and the guest count so we can agree on the right position.
It is useful when some guests want coffee or tea alongside cold water. A cooler with both options removes the need for a separate kettle. If your event is in cool weather, the hot output often gets more use than the cold.
It is possible and common, but not always the right spot. When guests gather at the buffet to take food the area gets crowded, and placing the cooler to the side of the space, away from the food line, often lets guests reach it without queuing. Tell us the layout and we agree on the right spots.
At a school outing the crowd keeps moving and may spread across different zones, so spreading several coolers across the space works better than one unit in a single spot. At a calm family gathering one or two coolers in a fixed position beside the seating usually suffice.
