Wedding setup
The hall is ready before the first guest arrives
The hall is empty and the ceremony is close: where does the kosha stand, how does the stage face the guests, where do the chair rows begin and end? Wedding setup means these questions are settled before the wedding day, not on the morning of it, and every piece arrives in one complete design.
It suits a wedding in a hall, a house or a garden. You decide the style, the rough guest count and the shape of the space; we deliver and arrange the kosha, stage, seating, tables, flowers, carpets, lighting and sound, all in place before the ceremony begins.
What the wedding setup covers
- Kosha and stage to suit the wedding style
- Guest seating and chairs arranged in rows
- Tables placed across the space
- Flowers and carpets within the design
- Lighting and sound positioned in the hall
- Full delivery and arrangement on site
How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Tell us the space and the style
Describe the space, hall, garden or home room, and tell us the wedding style, the rough guest count and the date, by call or WhatsApp message, with a photo of the space if you have one.
We agree the design and layout
We settle with you the position of the kosha and stage, the layout of guest seating and chair rows, and where the tables, carpets, lighting and sound will stand, so every element is in the right place.
We deliver and arrange before the ceremony
We bring all the wedding setup pieces to your venue and arrange them in full as agreed, so you and your guests arrive to a space that needs nothing more.

FAQ
Questions about wedding setup
The kosha and stage set the axis of the hall, and everything else faces toward them: chairs, tables, carpets and lighting. Decide first which wall or side the kosha will stand against, and the rest of the layout builds from there.
Yes. In a garden there are no walls to define the space, so the design needs elements that create boundaries: carpets mark the aisles, lighting defines the kosha and stage area, and the chairs form the edges. Send us a photo of the garden with its rough size and we agree a layout that suits the open space.
Yes, a complete wedding setup includes sound and lighting alongside the kosha, stage and seating. Speaker placement and light angles affect how the stage looks in photos and how comfortable guests are, so sound and lighting are arranged as part of the overall design, not as a separate addition.
Start from the guest count you expect and add a margin for those who come unannounced. Then think about row shape: parallel rows suit a long hall, and a semicircular layout suits a wide space and brings guests closer to the stage. Tell us the rough dimensions of the space and we suggest the right arrangement.
Usually yes, and this is the common arrangement, but the challenge is not placing seating near the stage; it is leaving enough distance between them for movement and photography. Tell us the size of the space and the guest count, and we settle the boundary between the stage area and the seating area.
No, flowers appear in more than one place: clearly on the kosha and stage, on the guest tables, and sometimes along both sides of the main aisle. How they are distributed follows the overall wedding design, not a single piece of it, so tell us the general style you want and we place the flowers to serve the whole picture.
