Setting up your occasion in Al Ghayl
In small settlements like Al Ghayl near Layla, weddings usually take place on fairly wide ground beside homes and farms. The complete wedding setup of kosha, stage, seating, tables, carpets, lighting and sound is arranged to fit these spaces, taking account of wind and dust in the area. A photo of the venue helps us choose the best place for the kosha and position the rows and lighting to shelter the guests and show the wedding at its best.
Al Ghayl is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Layla, and such places typically have wider ground and favour open spaces.
Open ground in Al Ghayl can be exposed to wind, so the kosha and stage are positioned carefully to shelter guests and equipment.

FAQ
Questions about wedding setup in Al Ghayl
We position the kosha and stage based on wind direction and any shelter in the ground. Send a photo of the venue and tell us the wind direction so we plan the setup to protect your guests and equipment before the wedding.
Yes, we deliver all the setup including the kosha, stage, seating, tables, carpets, lighting and sound to your venue in Al Ghayl and arrange it there. Call us or message WhatsApp with the wedding date and guest count.
The kosha and stage set the axis of the hall, and everything else faces toward them: chairs, tables, carpets and lighting. Decide first which wall or side the kosha will stand against, and the rest of the layout builds from there.
Yes. In a garden there are no walls to define the space, so the design needs elements that create boundaries: carpets mark the aisles, lighting defines the kosha and stage area, and the chairs form the edges. Send us a photo of the garden with its rough size and we agree a layout that suits the open space.
Yes, a complete wedding setup includes sound and lighting alongside the kosha, stage and seating. Speaker placement and light angles affect how the stage looks in photos and how comfortable guests are, so sound and lighting are arranged as part of the overall design, not as a separate addition.
