Occasions in small settlements and hamlets such as Al Awd usually take place in wide open spaces or under family tents, where seating and majlis can be distributed more freely. Floor seating, mattresses, rugs and cushions suit these spaces naturally, and colours and styles are chosen to blend with the surroundings. A photo of the venue sent to us helps us suggest the best distribution of seating.

FAQ
Questions about seating and majlis rental in Al `Awd (near Hawtat Sudayr)
Floor seating and majlis with cushions, mattresses and rugs suit family tents and provide comfort and elegance. Multiple seating arrangements can be placed around the tent or in the centre depending on its size. Send us a photo of the tent and the location so we can help you choose.
We deliver seating and majlis at the agreed time and arrange them before guests arrive. Tell us the date of your occasion, the guest count and the location in Al Awd on WhatsApp so we can agree the details.
Start with your guests. Floor seating suits intimate gatherings, kashta nights and traditional styles, while raised sofas suit reception halls and formal occasions where guests sit and stand repeatedly. Tell us the nature of your occasion and your guests and the choice becomes clear.
Yes. Some occasions combine a Moroccan corner with outdoor seating, or a heritage majlis with luxury sofas on the other side. The key is enough space between the pieces so nothing feels crowded. We agree the layout with you before delivery.
Three things shape the layout: the form of the space and its entrances, how many guests there are and how they move between seats, and the purpose of the occasion. A condolence majlis needs rows along the walls, a party needs open clusters and a kashta night needs a circle around a central point.
