FAQ
Questions about event carpet & flooring rental in Ath Thuwayr
Yes, carpet is laid on sandy and gravelly ground. We choose heavy carpet that holds well in wind and protects your guests from sand and dust. Send a photo of your venue and tell us the size and expected weather so we select the right carpet.
We secure the carpet carefully on all edges and corners with methods suited to open ground and Ath Thuwayr's winds. We discuss the details with you before the date based on your venue photo and weather forecast.
Yes, and that is one of its main uses. Laying event carpet over grass or sand gives a level layer that keeps sofa and table legs steady. The key is telling us the floor type and any slope so we lay it in a way that suits the ground.
The two terms describe close but distinct products: event flooring is a soft continuous layer spread over a large area, while carpet pieces are thicker and placed in specific zones. At occasions both cover the ground and frame the seating area; which suits you depends on the space and what sits on top.
Not always. But if the hall floor is a cold colour or does not match your decor, laying event carpet over it unifies the look and makes the seating zone stand out in photos. Tell us about the existing floor and your decor idea and we talk through what serves the occasion.
