Setting up your occasion in Al Wasi`ah
Occasions in villages like Al Wasi`ah take place on wide ground in front of homes or around houses and tents, and traditional seating keeps the spirit of the place. Thick cushions and carved backrests are made to settle on natural soil, and gentle elevation above ground provides comfortable seating. Choosing the number of seats and where they go depends on venue size, shade and wind direction, and entrance placement. A photo or detailed description helps us suggest a fitting layout.
Al Wasi`ah is a village in the Riyadh region near Tumayr, and villages in the area usually spread across open ground among farms and homes.
Open venue requires careful seat positioning to provide shade and wind shelter where possible.

The zal is a hand-woven rug laid as the floor of a gathering. Heritage seating is the furniture itself: Sadu-patterned backrests and cushions and carved traditional details that form a standing majlis. Both are traditional but each plays a different role in the space.
Yes, though a firm level surface holds the seating more steadily than soft grass. If the courtyard floor is soil or sand, tell us, because that affects how the rug under the cushions and backrests is laid and how the pieces are kept in place.
Heritage seating pieces are arranged to bring a folk character to a corner or section of a space. A full majlis rental means a complete perimeter setup with seating around the walls, rugs and small tables arranged as a reception space. If you want to set up the whole reception area, majlis rental is the closer fit.
