Setting up your occasion in As Saadah
Occasions in As Saadah take place in different spaces, with villas that have small courtyards, private gardens and sometimes adjacent halls. Sound, screens and lighting in these spaces need arrangement that respects short distances and nearby walls. We choose the number of speakers and lights based on the venue size and shape, and the screen position is set by the entrance and seating areas. Send a photo of the space and we suggest the layout that suits your occasion.
As Saadah is a residential district of Riyadh city, and districts like it contain villas with courtyards and gardens of varying sizes.
In small and medium spaces, the distance between speakers and the screen must be planned to avoid sound delay.

FAQ
Questions about sound, screen and power rental in As Saadah
Screen size depends on how far guests are from it. In a small courtyard, a medium screen may be enough if guests are close to it. Tell us the courtyard size and guest count and we suggest the right size.
We avoid echo by placing speakers away from opposite walls, and sometimes use curtains or sound-absorbing equipment. Testing the space beforehand shows the best arrangement before the occasion. Send a photo of the courtyard and we suggest the best solution.
Start by describing what will happen at the occasion, not which devices you need. Is there a speech? A photo or video presentation? An outdoor venue? An evening atmosphere you want lit? These questions tell you what you need before you think about any specific equipment.
Yes, and that is often the clearer approach. Mention everything you need: sound, screens, a generator and lighting, with the venue description and the nature of the occasion, so we plan how they all fit and work together in the space.
Yes, directly. A large space needs more speaker coverage and a wider screen so sound and picture reach the far rows. Describe the place roughly and the expected guest count, and we settle with you on what covers every corner.
