Setting up your occasion in As Saadah
Events in As Saadah district typically take place in a villa courtyard, a small hall or a limited-space garden. A large display screen requires careful positioning so front and back seating can see each other and guest movement is not restricted. Screen height and position depend on guest count, courtyard shape and distance between seating and walls. A photo of the venue lets us suggest screen placement that achieves the best view with full comfort.
As Saadah is a district of Riyadh city, and Riyadh residential districts typically contain villas with courtyards and small gardens.
In tight spaces, screen size and position are chosen based on wall lengths and safe distance from seating.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in As Saadah
We choose size based on the actual courtyard dimensions and distance between the screen and far seating. Send us a photo of the courtyard and tell us the approximate dimensions and expected guests so we can help you choose the right size.
We choose screen position based on the tree or column location to avoid blocking the view. A photo of the space helps us find the best position that avoids obstacles and allows clear viewing from all angles.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
