Setting up your occasion in Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah
Occasions in small settlements and gatherings usually take place on open ground or under a tent, far from fixed power and lighting sources. Sound, screens and power rely on a fuel generator that powers the microphones, speakers, screens and lights together. Where the generator sits, how long the cables are, how high the screen and microphone stand depends on the terrain, where the tent is and how many guests you expect. Send us a photo of the space so we can estimate what your occasion needs and advise you on what suits it.
Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Ar Ruwaydah, and such small settlements rely on wide open spaces.
The generator, cables and lights usually sit away from the tent or central area, and how they are placed depends on the distance between your guests and the power source.

FAQ
Questions about sound, screen and power rental in Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah
We deliver the generator, microphones, speakers and cables to your venue in the settlement and arrange them on the ground and under the tent. Tell us the type of occasion, where it is and how many guests, and we agree the details on WhatsApp.
It depends on what kind of occasion it is. If there are speeches or music, sound is essential. If you want to show photos or a video, a screen matters. Send a photo of the space and tell us what you plan to say and show your guests.
Start by describing what will happen at the occasion, not which devices you need. Is there a speech? A photo or video presentation? An outdoor venue? An evening atmosphere you want lit? These questions tell you what you need before you think about any specific equipment.
Yes, and that is often the clearer approach. Mention everything you need: sound, screens, a generator and lighting, with the venue description and the nature of the occasion, so we plan how they all fit and work together in the space.
Yes, directly. A large space needs more speaker coverage and a wider screen so sound and picture reach the far rows. Describe the place roughly and the expected guest count, and we settle with you on what covers every corner.
