Setting up your occasion in Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah
Occasions in Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah take place on open ground or under tents and shade structures, and a large display screen needs a slightly raised position visible from different angles of the space. A level surface and the distance from tents or poles determine where the screen sits and how high. Send us a photo of the venue and tell us the type of occasion, the date and the guest count, and we agree on the best position for the screen before the date.
Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Ar Ruwaydah, marked by open ground and wider spaces.
Open ground offers flexibility in placing the screen, but wind and sun affect viewing and stability.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Bi'r Hijrat al Hamjah
Yes, we place the screen on a sturdy stand suited to level ground. The spot must be away from tents and poles for clear viewing by all. Send a photo of the venue so we ensure good stability and visibility.
Strong sun may reduce image clarity, and wind affects the stand's stability. We choose the position and assess protection based on your venue's needs, and the details are agreed with us in the message.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
