Setting up your occasion in Al Naseem (near Ar Ruwaydah)
Occasions in Al Naseem take place in wide courtyards or open spaces around buildings or under tents and shade structures. A large display screen needs a raised position clearly visible from all corners, and walls or poles may provide support for it. The guest count and available space determine the screen size and position. Send a photo of the venue and tell us the type of occasion and the date, and we agree on the best position before the event.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Al Naseem (near Ar Ruwaydah)
We choose a spot visible from all angles and away from direct sun when possible. Walls or poles help secure the stand. Send a photo of the space and we suggest the best position for your guest count.
The screen and stand are designed for stability, and a good position away from direct wind protects viewing. If wind is strong, extra protection can be added. Details are agreed with you in the message once we know the venue and date.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
