Setting up your occasion in Al Khalidiyah (Riyadh)
Many occasions in Al Khalidiyah happen in separate indoor halls or in villa courtyards with a ceiling or shade. The screen in an enclosed space is placed in the direct line of sight from where guests gather, and in an open courtyard it is kept from direct sunlight if possible. The screen position and the distance between guests and it depend on the courtyard or hall size, and a photo helps us suggest what works best.
Al Khalidiyah is a district of Riyadh city, and residential city districts often have villas with courtyards and event halls.
An indoor hall usually has a fixed power outlet and walls for mounting, while a courtyard may need a separate stand.

How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Tell us the space and the content
Describe the space, hall, tent or garden, and tell us the content type, slideshow, match or live stream, by call or WhatsApp message.
We agree position and number
We settle the screen position, height and number of screens if the space is long or has corners that block the view, so no seat is left without a clear line of sight.
We deliver and position the screen
We bring the display screen to your venue and set it in the agreed position, so you welcome your guests to a room where the screen is ready.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Al Khalidiyah (Riyadh)
Yes, but the screen size is chosen based on the guest count and seating distance. Send a photo of the hall and the guest count, and we suggest a size everyone can see clearly.
The screen is delivered, positioned and switched on before guests arrive, but who controls it during the event is up to you. Let us know if you need guidance on operation when you send the event details.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
