Setting up your occasion in Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah
Meetings and presentations in Riyadh city districts such as Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah take place in offices, meeting rooms and event spaces, each needing a different screen size and position. A narrow room may need a small screen at lower height, while a wide space can take a larger screen higher up. FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah
It mounts on a wall or short stand so it does not block anyone's view from their seat. We choose the size and height based on room width and guest count. Send a photo and we suggest the best mounting.
Cables run from the nearest power point to the screen and may pass along the floor or walls depending on furniture layout. The details are agreed when you send a photo of the space.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
