FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah
No, the generator is always placed outside the hall to ensure adequate ventilation and protect guests from fumes and noise. We choose a location near the main power inlet and route cables safely.
Fuel arrangements are agreed between us based on the event size, duration and generator type. Tell us your needs and the date on WhatsApp and we agree the arrangements.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
