Setting up your occasion in Al Wusayta (Riyadh)
Occasions in Al Wusayta take place in halls or villa courtyards of various sizes. A large screen is placed so everyone can see it from their seat without blocking movement or service. In a wide courtyard, a sturdy stand works well; in a narrow courtyard or hall, it may be wall-mounted. Power connections and safe distances depend on the space shape and how seating and tables are arranged. A photo showing columns and distances helps us choose the best position.
Al Wusayta is a district of Riyadh city, and like other residential districts it contains villas with courtyards and neighbouring halls.
A screen needs safe distance from tables and rows so it does not block passage and allows easy movement and service.

How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Tell us the space and the content
Describe the space, hall, tent or garden, and tell us the content type, slideshow, match or live stream, by call or WhatsApp message.
We agree position and number
We settle the screen position, height and number of screens if the space is long or has corners that block the view, so no seat is left without a clear line of sight.
We deliver and position the screen
We bring the display screen to your venue and set it in the agreed position, so you welcome your guests to a room where the screen is ready.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Al Wusayta (Riyadh)
We choose screen size based on guest count and the distance from screen to the back row. Send a photo of the courtyard and tell us the expected guest count so we suggest the right size.
We route cables safely away from traffic and water. If the courtyard has no nearby power outlet, we suggest available safe solutions before the date.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
