Setting up your occasion in Aldhway
In a small settlement like Aldhway, occasions often take place on open ground or beside a rest house or family tent, and in such spaces it is easy to transport and fix the screen where all guests see the content clearly. Choosing the position depends on the direction of natural light, wind and the guests' distance from the screen. A photo of the venue helps us suggest the best position before the occasion.
Aldhway is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Al Quway`iyah, and in such settlements occasions usually take place on relatively wide open ground.
Open ground and wind mean the screen needs secure fixing and attention to reflections and shadows before setup.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Aldhway
The screen is secured with strong poles that resist wind. We consider wind direction and the screen's position to ensure it stays stable and safe throughout the occasion, and we agree these details with you beforehand.
The distance depends on the screen size, the number of guests and the type of content. Send us a photo of the venue and tell us the guest count, and we suggest the distance and position that ensure clear viewing for everyone.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
